Essentially nothing wrong with the picture, however wrong aspect ratio. You'll want (width) 1:2 (height) ratio, ideally exactly 256 x 512 pixels.

I did approve the picture before noticing the aspect ratio difference and move it back from the folder to upload to server here, so it shouldn't get uploaded until that's changed.

Also be aware, that new policy is that only 3 pictures per character will be approved.

Also it seems to have "gettyimages" overlay, which is probably something we'd like to avoid!
